Impersonation Policy

KnolMe does not allow unauthorized AI personas, cloned voices, or public content that falsely suggests a real person is speaking, endorsing, or participating when they have not authorized it. If you believe content on KnolMe is impersonating you or another person, you may report it to us for review.
1. Scope
This policy applies to complaints about AI profiles, cloned voices, profile names, avatars, biographies, generated pages, or other public content on KnolMe that allegedly impersonate a person, misuse their identity, or falsely imply their endorsement or authorization.
2. What You Can Report
You may submit a complaint if you believe KnolMe content does any of the following:
- Uses your name, likeness, voice, biography, or identity without authorization.
- Creates the misleading impression that you are speaking live, endorsing the profile, or participating in the content.
- Publishes an AI persona or cloned voice for a person without their explicit permission.
- Continues using your identity after permission has been revoked.
3. What to Include
Please include enough information for us to investigate promptly, including:
- Your full name and contact information.
- The specific KnolMe URL or other location of the content you are reporting.
- The name of the person being impersonated and your relationship to that person, if you are reporting on someone else's behalf.
- A brief explanation of why you believe the content is unauthorized, misleading, or impersonating someone.
- Any supporting context or documentation that helps verify the complaint.
4. How We Review Complaints
We may request additional information, temporarily restrict access to the reported content, remove content, disable public AI endpoints, or suspend related accounts while we investigate. We may also act against repeat or egregious violators at our discretion.
